These Terms govern your use of Nimble (the “Platform”). By accessing or using Nimble, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Service

Nimble connects Helpers (workers) with Clients who request short-term or on-demand services.

3. Eligibility

Users must be 18 or older and provide accurate, current information when creating an account.

4. User Responsibilities

• Helpers: Complete accepted tasks professionally.

• Clients: Provide accurate job details and treat workers respectfully.

• Both parties must comply with all applicable UK laws.

5. Payments

Payments (when enabled) are processed through verified third-party providers.
Service fees may apply and will be disclosed before confirmation.

6. Cancellations & Disputes

Clients can cancel before a task starts.
Disputes must be reported within 7 days of completion.

7. Liability

Nimble acts only as a platform and is not responsible for the conduct of Helpers or Clients.
Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the disputed task.

8. Termination

We may suspend or remove users who violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Any disputes will be handled by UK courts.
